15th Foundation day was celebrated on 9th Aug 2016 at BIAF.  The function was attended by many dignitaries. The students and employees were appreciated for their good work.

 
 
 

Independence Day was celebrated on 15th Aug 2016.The Chief Guest hoisted the flag and National Anthem was sung. Students presented many Patriotic songs.

 
 
 

Prestige Public School, Shivane, celebrated its Annual Gathering Function on 28th Sep 2016 at Ganesh Kala Krida Manch, Swargate, Pune.

On this occasion Chief Guest, Mrs.Kamini Saxena, Guest of Honor, Dr. Suresh Kumar Mehta, Founder Chairman of school Mr. Anshul Sharma, Director Admin Mr.Om Sharma and Principal of Prestige Public School Mrs.Madhulika Bhatnagar were present.

The social Annual Gathering was conducted with equal enthusiasm, interest, energy and efforts from the management, Teachers and students. The parents sitting in the audience encouraged the student each time they performed.

 

 

 

 


 

 

 

 
 
 

The Annual Sports day of Prestige Public School, Shivane was celebrated on 21st December 2016 amidst great enthusiasm and fun. The Chief Guest for the function was Mr. Anshul Sharma, The founder chairman of Prestige Public School.

The chief guest and the other dignitaries were welcomed with bouquets. There was lighting of the torch followed by Bhoomi Poojan. The March Past took place with full glory and enthusiasm by students of Std. IV to Std. X. The March past was spectacular and synchronized. There were many displays presented by students like Lezim, pyramid Making, Karate and Yoga.

After all displays Principal of school, Mrs. Madhulika Bhatnagar gave a speech. The declaration of the meet open by the Chief Guest was done, followed by the track events including races by Primary, Std. I and Std II students. The prize distribution was held immediately after the track events.  The sports events were continued for in house and house wise competition for Kho-Kho, Kabbadi, Volley Ball and Throw Ball.

 
 
 

There was Tree plantation programme organized in premises of Prestige Public School. Students of different classes participated in this programme enthusiastically.

   
 

Fathers Master chef competition was organised. Fathers were made healthy & delicious dishes with the help of Students. The competition among Parents was fully enjoyed by father and child teams.

   
 

Mothers of Pre Primary students participated in various races enthusiastically & won the medals.. Response to three legged race and relay race was just wonderful. Mothers of these tiny tots had a very pleasing participation.

   
 

Another cultural activity which is very poplar and highly appreciated by mother is Dandiya, which organized during Navratri. Mothers had participated with very enthusiasm

   
 

Participation of parents and grandparents has been taken into focus as an Ethical and moral values have to be participatively told to children. School organize Grandparents day wherein grandparents share their experiences and thought s. The programme includes with an interesting fun fare, cultural programmes, some games for them and tea snacks.

   
 

Student Council is a student-based civic organization designed to help promote school spirit and leadership among students. Student from Std 4th to 9th have been enrolled for Students council, which will help them develop leadership skills along with community help.

 
 
 

As a part of curriculum, our students of Std X visited an Old Age Home named Matoshri. Our students felt empathy with all the people staying there. There was an exchange of thoughts between all of them.

 
 
 

Student of STD 8th, 9th and 10th have been enrolled for Scout guide programme. The mission of Scouting is to contribute to the education of young people, through a value system based on the Scout Promise and Law to help build a better world where people are self-fulfilled as individuals and play a constructive role in society.

 
 
 

School keeps organizing various workshops for teachers as well.

  • Two workshops were arranged by Educational Experts from Lions Group
  • Learning and understanding correct grammar in English was taken by Scholastics
  • Teaching innovative ideas in language was taken by Orient Longmen
  • Handling classroom situations and development of moral boosting was taken by Principal

  • How to handle adolescents at home
  • How to improve parents' child relationship
  • How to help children choose correct career
  • How to help children be independent

Most of the workshops are taken by school principal. Workshop on managing study pressure was taken by Educationist and expert Mrs. Saras Sinha from Lions group

 
 
 

To bring all round development in students, schools arrange activities like Fieldtrips, Picnics and Campfire every year. These events make sure that Students become self independent and responsible with enjoyment hand in hand.
