Admission

Documents to be submitted along with Admission Form:

• Latest Passport size color photographs 2 no’s.
• Medical certificate issued by qualified registered medical practitioner along with blood group.
• Certified True Copy of Caste certificate (if applicable) & Original for Verification.
• Progress report of the last qualifying examination.
• Adhaar Card of Child – Original (for verification) & Photocopy. Adhaar Card of Father & Mother – Original (for verification) & Photocopy
• Original Birth Certificate for Pre primary to Std I (SSC Board &CBSE Curriculum).
• Latest Passport size color photographs 2 no’s.
• For II to IX Std (SSC Board): Original School leaving certificate from the last school attended. In the case of students from other states the LC must be counter-signed by the District Education officer. In the case of foreign student Indian Embassy must counter-sign the document.
